Thank you for taking an interest in Bandit University. I’m very proud to offer you a new solution to a timeless challenge.
Regardless of the size of your business, the challenge of providing employees with the knowledge they need to do their jobs correctly, efficiently, and without causing harm to themselves or others can be a daunting task. I experienced this struggle firsthand as an Occupational Safety Instructor and again as a Training Specialist of procurement software. Though these topics are very different the challenges to accomplish them are much the same.
As a consultant I saw many small businesses struggling to meet the training requirements of the government and large contractors due to limited resources and manpower. I also witnessed medium sized companies stumbling over themselves trying to get the most up-to-date information distributed to their many locations in a synchronized manner.
Bandit University was designed to take these challenges head on by providing online training services. We offer a platform to create and conduct your own training whether it be Safety, HR, or job-duty training.
